Ground level Ozone trigger
Checking in to see if anyone else finds Ozone as a trigger? I've been having a rough day and trying to figure out why when I remembered Ozone. I checked the level and it was 33 when I went for my walk, and is listed as "fair" right now. I would love to hear about other people's experiences!
