Has anyone tried this or heard of it?

One of the top pulmonary doc's in our area prescribed this to my friend (has severe asthma & copd stage 3) after a usual spirometry test,

I have never heard of this but she's been using it for 2 months now and surprisingly there's a noticeable difference,

I almost never see her coughing anymore or wheezing mid sentence, she's been having those deep full breaths again, etc

So I shamelessly borrowed a bottle from her today to try it out...
