Nebulizer

I went to my doctor yesterday, he said I should try using one. So I got it and the meds, hurried to my Bible study, came home ate some dinner and knew I was done for the day. So I would read the instructions today, little overwhelming, but I will do it. Unfortunately today I am so short of breath, and weak. I managed stripping my bed and taking down my shower curtain. My cleaning lady coming today after a month. Worst part, my ribs are hurting, I don’t even want to get cleaned up and dressed. Fortunately I have a neighbor down the hall with a nebulizer so I will have her show me how to use and clean it. So in my doctors words “This is your life now”

  1. Sorry you were having a rough day when you shared this, Scrappy. I'm glad your house cleaner was able to come in and help you. It's important to listen to your body and try not to push yourself too hard -- I know that's hard to do when you're on your own, though.

Have you started using the nebulizer since you wrote this post the other day? How's it going? I hope you find it helpful and easy to use. Try not to let the doctor get you down ... that response sounds kind of mean! The nebulizer is just a tool. It doesn't mean that you're doomed, just that you could use more support. Hugs! -Melissa, team member
