Really need advice on traveling with asthma
I really need some advice on traveling with asthma, and how to prevent myself from getting sick because I start a new job soon and I tend to get strep when I travel to the beach or stay in a resort, this is a different beach and a different resort, but like I'm still nervous. I really wanna stay out of urgent care and the ER. I'm going to wear a mask of course, and bring two rescue inhalers with me, and my spacer. any other advice on how I can stay healthy?
