Asthma is a condition fraught with myths and misconceptions. The myths about asthma range from asking people to "just breathe" to thinking that one can "outgrow" asthma. Awareness and education about asthma is key to highlight the impact asthma has on the lives of those who live with it and manage it.
As we acknowldege asthma and allergy awareness month in May, we have prepared ways in which our community can spread awareness about this invisible health condition. We hope you'll find the may different ways below helpful in participating and spreading awareness!!!
Change your Profile Picture & Cover Image!
One of the easiest ways to spread awareness is to update your profile picture and cover image on social media!

You can update your cover photo by downloading the image below to use as your own. To download on mobile, click image and hold. You should be prompted to either "Save Image" or "Download Image" to your phone.
