And yet, there are also people (with asthma), who do well with low humidity levels (but not high levels), and still those who do well with high humidity levels (but not low levels).

It can make one’s head spin.

I found your post really struck home. I am not a fan of high humidity – I can feel sluggish, lazy, and have difficulty breathing. And yet, every time I go to Arizona. I actually thrive on the low humidity. I enjoy sitting outside at night in the >100 degree heat (and 10% humidity).
