    Hi elizabeth - how nice to see you re-engaging with our asthma.net community. It's been awhile!!
    Before this week, were you feeling your normal level of energy? It sounds like being tired for you (this week), may be a new feeling.
    How has your asthma been of late? What about your allergies? if it's something else, do you have any thoughts as to what it might be?

    Terribly sorry to hear you are struggling with loss of energy and really tired as of late. I have been in the same state. I cannot pinpoint why I feel so weary and fatigued. Fatigue can be tough to manage, especially when unsure of the cause. Have you noticed any specific triggers for your asthma or allergies lately? I haven't noticed any. It might be helpful to keep track of your symptoms in a symptom diary to share with your healthcare provider should you manage to see them in the near future.
