"Thank you much for posting this. Do I have to give up traveling (my passion) because of asthma? I’ve just returned from a 6 day ‘crossing’ from NYC to Southampton with 3 additional days in London. I got a sort of cold about halfway through the cruise that seemed to immediately turn into a cough. By the time I got to the wonderful hotel in London, I had a temperature of 39.3C which is pretty high for a 70 yo woman imho. Had a dr come to the hotel and got steroids, antibiotics, etc. But then, there was the 10.5 hour flight home! What do you suggest: not traveling at all or predosing with prednisone or what. Sorry for rambling. Any/all suggestions greatly appreciated. (I really love to travel). "
