"I went to the Dr today for my 6 minute walk test & my breathing test. The day started of 50/50 my knee & ankle wasn't feeling it best but I push through it anyway (no pain no gain). My chest was mild discomfort (no controller med) I didn't need my albuterol before hand plus I was going to be giving albuterol during the breathing test. My lungs 🫁 stayed calm despite my mild chest discomfort. I took my controller med when I got back home.
I've chest CT next wk & follow-up pulmonologist next month. "
