"I'm a bit nervous. I'm beginning a new job and will be facing an employee physical and have severe asthma. My pulmonologist has cleared me to work as a paramedic so it shouldn't be an issue. I will test positive for steroids since I did take a stress dose of prednisone today. Wish me luck."
