What about asthma really makes you upset?

  1. When out of nowhere, after feeling good, I get a shortness of breath, panic, and use my rescue inhaler. Happened last night, probably did not need it.

    1. Hi Norty and thanks for sharing your recent experience. We hear you and understand how an acute episode can suddenly emerge, seemingly from nowhere. When it does, as you described, you are best off doing what you did, namely - using your rescue inhaler. No doubt by using it, you prevented the flare-up from getting worse! No reason to second guess your action - you did the right thing!
      Keep up the good work!

  2. The fact that is has recently changed my life.

    1. Hi again, Valerie1126 - asthma does have that capacity, that's for certain. The challenge (as you well know) for us, is to manage it well enough to minimize the impact it does have!
      Wishing you the best,
