    Asthma triggers include allergens (cats, dust mites), irritants (perfume, secondhand smoke), exercise, strong emotions (fear, anxiety or laughing too hard) and infections (sinus, flu). Identifying and reducing triggers is a key step in controlling your asthma. Learn more here:
