Allergy Asthma

I developed allergies at age 42. Pollen from trees, weeds and grasses was the major cause. I found that exercise, breathing exercises and proper hydration did wonders for my Asthma. I am a runner and I finished every race I started. You can live with asthma but work with your Dr and do lots of research on your own.
