I get attacks some times so bad I feel like am in a hole and can’t get out! When I get them I stand still can’t talk and I can’t stand people in front of me, they have to stand to the side. As long as I know some one is near, I use my inhaler and I focus on something to make me relax. I am on oxygen I have COPD as well! It can be very scary at times! My daughter is usually around when they happen! She understands it takes me around 20 mins get through it! I am doing much better now that I learned what to do! Thanks! God Bless!
