Asthma Changes Everything
I had gotten adult-onset asthma with two young boys at home. Our once camping and hiking adventures came to a halt. I had to learn to live with asthma and give away our birds, cat, and guinea pig. It was so heartbreaking to tell my children they couldn’t have pets and they so desperately wanted a dog.
My asthma is severe and very hard to maintain. It altered my entire life and I am no longer the person I used to be.
