Early Problem, Still Going

My lungs started showing problems since I was 3 years old. I don't even remember having healthy lungs, my entire life I've been dealing with bronchitis, allergies, and then after I turned 12-- asthma.

After the asthma diagnosis, my mom was really scared about me having to use inhalers. She decided to sign me up for swimming lessons to improve my lung capacity, and it worked, at some point.

Loving sports since I was little, it always was a struggle to find the strength and right habits to prevent an asthma attack. I don't usually use inhalers, I try to take mostly warm drinks, I also do some vaporizations when I feel a little shortness of breath.

Right now it's scary to think how people suffering from asthma are more vulnerable to the pandemic effects. Wishing everyone a healthy holiday season, sending best wishes from Colombia.
