Do you use an asthma journal? Why or why not?

  1. Good question. I have started many asthma journals, because i think the idea is honorable. The problem I have with them is I keep them going while I'm having asthma episodes. But when I start feeling better they get forgotten and shoved to the bottom of a drawer. I would definitely recommend them. But, I am not so good at using them myself. There's my honest answer 😀 Be neat to hear what others have to say. John. Community Moderator. Community Moderator. asthma.net

    1. 1. I am a newly diagnosed asthmatic (only 3 months ago). 2. I really hadn't thought about it until I saw the article. So, I'm going to start one.

      1. Hi. Thanks for chiming in. Great idea. if you are interested, i will attach an article (https://asthma.net/living/an-asthma-journal-why-you-need-one/) explaining asthma journals and how they are helpful. Keep us posted how it goes. John. Community Moderator. asthma.net

    2. I did say no, but this is because I do not always keep the record every day.

If I am unwell, then I will be more likely to do it.
