How to Use a Metered Dose Inhaler – Part 1

Need a refresher on how to get your inhaler technique down? In Part 1 of “How to Use a Metered Dose Inhaler”, we’ll quickly–hopefully amusingly–go over this asthma essential which I never had any desire to get good at but apparently did. I’m also not as smart as they are, though likely more sarcastic and fun.

Please note: This is the author’s method of using a metered dose inhaler. Only your doctor and asthma medical professional can instruct you and help you with proper inhaler technique. Please talk to your healthcare providers before changing your technique.
