Allergic to pine?
First year of marriage my mother in law bought an artificial tree because of my allergies. But then sprayed it with pine scent. Ugg

Thank you for your post. I hear you about Christmas trees. For me I'm allergic to the real ones, but find the dust mites on the fake ones triggers my asthma. So I tend to have my children do that job for me. That certainly was a well-intentioned effort by your mother in law that ended up a bit pine-scented. How is it that you ended up navigating that situation? John. community moderator. She gave that tree away and got another. She was the best. Before I put my tree up I take it out to my deck and use a small blower on it to get the dust off. I'm allergic to almost everything. Bad asthma too. Ugh but I'm 71 and my hubby went to heaven last yr after 47 years of marriage. I'm keeping busy and with the faith I hope to make it a few more yrs.
