It sounds like the treatment plan you are may help, but unfortunately not enough. Have you spoken with your treating physician to possibly assist you in better asthma control as summer and allergies roll in? It can be so difficult to manage but here are a few suggestions:
*Monitor allergens and remain indoors during peak pollen times.
*Take your medication as prescribed to ensure optimal results.
*Use of a mask or scarf while outdoors may help reduce inhaled allergens, smoke, and irritants.
*Stay hydrated and cool indoors during peak heat hours while effectively managing indoor allergens.
