other alternatives to steroids
My doctors prescribed a steroid for my asthma. Having a lot of side effects. ( heart palipatations, dizziness, severe headaches, eye problems. anxiety) What other med can I possible use to decrease side effects? Any meds without steroids?

I'll take them if I'm sick with bronchitis or a sinus infection but I usually take Mucinex DM if I'm sick (the green ones) which is something my allergist prefers

I've found steroids really help me when I'm a bit chesty. Prednisolone tablet. And my Steroid inhaler I use a spacer which limits my side effects.

No. I only have them when I get infection. Usually sorts it out within a few days.
