  1. Hi. I can tell you from my own personal experience that it can be hard to decide what to do, and when to go in and be seen by a doctor. But, man, if you even think you should be seen, it probably is a good idea to be seen by a doctor as I describe in this post (https://asthma.net/living/5-tips-when-to-seek-help). Still, how do you feel? Does how you feel right now match your peak flow results? And what is a normal peak flow for you? (https://asthma.net/living/peak-flow-personal-best). The answers to these questions can be factors in your decision as well. What do you think? John. asthma.net community moderator

    1. Hi Dolphin, and thanks for your post. I see my colleague, , provided a very practical approach for your concern, as well as some pertinent reference material. This is a difficult decision, that is clear but, as John said (and I concur), with the peak flow numbers you have shared here, combined with how YOU FEEL now, you may want to give serious consideration to seeing someone at this time.
Since your post is from about 4 hours ago, how are you feeling now? Have you already improved or have you sought medical assistance?
Please let us hear back from you when you are able to and have the time.
