Hello, everyone, I hope you're doing well. I'm posting because I notice that before and during my time of the month I get asthma flares, and I've learned over the years that menstruation or hormone changes are lesser known triggers for asthma. I notice that I personally tend to get more easily fatigued, exhausted, and out of breath simply after a brisk walk instead of a jog like usual. I'm taking a break for now and not moving around quicker than I have to. I thought that other people may struggle with this too (though, this mostly applies to people within the age range of having periods or going through puberty or other hormonal changes). Does this happen to anyone else whether they go through menstruation, puberty, or even menopause or with other hormonal conditions? I understand this is a sensitive subject so you don't have to answer if you're uncomfortable. I just notice I deal with it and my rescue inhaler/nebulizer and a lot of rest seem to be my only solution. I hope you all are having a wonderful holiday and stay safe out there!
