Propeller

I use propeller to manage my asthma. They send you sensors for the rescue inhaler and for the controller. You download the propeller app. It then records every time you use your inhaler. You can also log when you use any other type of medication for asthma. I use montelukast and log the time I use it to keep track. When you use the rescue inhaler it shows where you were when you used it and asks the reason why you needed it. Propeller also asks you questions monthly to see how much you have your asthma under control. They also send you monthly reports that you can show your doctor about how your asthma is doing. I find Propeller a great help in managing my asthma.
