Struggled to Pay

I use to be on two maintenance inhalers. Last year I had to drop one that cost $500 with my prescription plan. My second one cost $150, until I met a deductible of 500. This year with the same plan I paid $30 for my inhaler and now am paying $0. Same Medicare plan, same prescription plan. I don’t understand why, but I’m happy.

  1. I'm so happy to hear that this year your inhalers have been so much less expensive with not changes to your plan. What great news! -Lauren (team member)

    1. What's covered under different plans, and how much you end up paying, gets re-negotiated every year. So sometimes you'll get lucky. 😀 If you ever think about changing to a different plan or company, ask to see their formulary before you commit. That's the list of covered drugs for that particular year. -Melissa, team member

      1. Jesus. Free in Wales & Scotland & Northern Ireland and I think it's around £10 per prescription in England if you're working.
        America is crazy.

        1. You’ve got that right in so many ways this year.
