what are the long term effects of using inhalers

  1. Hi there, what a great question! Are you new to the world of inhalers? I'm linking an article that fully discusses long term effects of using inhalers. I hope you find it helpful! Side Effects of Inhaled Corticosteroids for People with Asthma All the best, Lauren (Team member)

    1. I've taken them for 50 years with no effects at all.

      1. Oh wow! I'm so glad to hear this. Thanks for sharing your personal experience. -Lauren (team member)

      2. That's fantastic. I imagine you've taken a lot of different inhalers over those 50 years. John wrote an article a while back talking about the older medications he remembers taking when he was younger. Maybe some of them will be familiar to you, too.

How are you doing these days? Is your asthma well controlled? -Melissa, team member

    2. Yeah it's well controlled thanks. ❤️

      1. Interesting to look back. I remember something like this when I was young.
Had to pour liquid in and then press the rubber bit at the bottom to inhale. Old inhaler.

        1. Wow! Thanks for sharing. Medicine has come so far. The thought of pouring medicine into a glass nebulizer seems so old fashioned (and even dangerous). Thanks again for sharing! All the best, Lauren (team member)
