What Does Self-Care Look Like to Our Community Members?

Everyone deserves time and space to take care of themselves. Self-care is important, especially for those living with chronic conditions such as asthma.

Over the last 3 weeks, more than 1,000 community members have answered our poll question "Do you live with any other health conditions in addition to asthma?" Approximately 80 percent of those who answered the questions said yes. It made us want to learn more about if and how our community members are taking the time to indulge in self-care.
