"Doing something every day can be difficult. Sometimes it can be tough to take my daily controller inahler when I am feeling well. It's like I forget that the reason why I am doing well with my asthma is because I always remember to take my inhaler. I take Breyna twice a day two puffs and what I do to make sure that I take it it every day is to spread it out as close to 12 hours apart as possible. I also set an alarm on my phone to remember. It's not always easy to take medication but it's much better than how I feel if I forget multiple days in a row. "
