"I had my 6 month follow up appointment with my allergist. I know that asthma can be like a rollercoaster or the stock market and there's good times and bad times and right now I am doing as good with my asthma as I have been in many years. My spirometry and FeNO tests were great. I have been more active and have lost the 10 pounds that I have wanted to drop for years now. It can be tough and easy to get down when my breathing is not as good but right now I am happy and thankful that I have been breathing as good as I have in a good long while. I am going to continue to make sure that I am diligent in taking my medications and checking my peak flow meter so I can continue to do well with my asthma. "
