    Yes! Some have allergic asthma, meaning their asthma is triggered by allergens. Others have exercise-induced asthma which is triggered by physical activity, or cough variant asthma, meaning you cough instead of wheeze.     Theresa, thank you for bringing up cough variant asthma. I went from asthma that wheezed years ago to cough variant. It’s amazing how many healthcare professionals say “it can’t be asthma since you’re not wheezing”. We definitely need to educate people more. I know I’m trying!
