Healing Routine Disruptions

The holidays and New Year celebrations can disrupt daily routines, leading to changes in sleep patterns, diet, and stress management, all of which can impact asthma control. What routine disruptions have you been trying to get back under control after the holidays? What proactive approach/es are you taking? Sending everyone thoughts of well-being as the New Year begins. 1. Keeping up with my meds & workout routine. I'm good with asthma, allergy, bp & migraine meds but my other health issues meds need some work. I need to eat more protein & less fat (i love my fat) but my weight (127lbs) is in the healthy range for my age & height (40y/o & 62in) per my dr

    1. Good for you for working towards keeping up with your medications and workout routines. For me, sometimes I'll aim to just do 10 minutes and if it leads to longer great and if not, 10 minutes is better than nothing. Thanks for chiming in! -Lauren (Team member)

    2. I was having a hard time keeping up with my medication for several chronic illnesses. I now have a machine that helps. It keeps me on track. Exercise is another matter - orthopedically, I hope to get back on track by mid-summer. It's not easy to manage these but achievable. Rebecca (team member)
