What are your favorite hobbies and distractions?

Whether it's asthma testing, season allergies, or something unrelated to asthma, we all feel overwhelmed from time to time. What are your favorite ways to get your mind off of things and feel better?

  1. Currently baking sourdough bread, cooking with cast iron pans, taking photos of waterfalls and lighthouses, camping, walking/hiking, reading.... I keep myself pretty busy even practicing social distancing😀
