Use an humidifier at night in your bedroom

If you don't have a cool air humidifier in your bedroom or house go get one. You will see the difference in your nose and throat. I have a pellet stove that heats well but dries out my nose and throat so I have a humidifier that runs all night long. I am still a little bit dry but not bad.

  1. This is great advice for everyone, not just people with asthma! The heat can be so dry in the winter. I don't have asthma, but I do have nose bleeds and the humidifier helps me stay comfortable and problem-free during the cold months. Thanks for sharing with us! Enjoy your cozy stove. -Melissa, team member
