Who can help with a home remedy?

I've had asthma since 5. I'm almost 80. don't smoke, try to eat right and exercise but every day is such a chore to do my usual household things or even drive to get groceries..very fatigued. Who can help with a home remedy? I use Xopenex every 4-6 hrs. I just know there is something out there to help. Recently diagnosed with slight COPD. thank you so much, Mary

    1. Hi augustine and thanks for your post and inquiry. The article that Lauren linked you to on 'home remedies...' and asthma, may provide you with some ideas for you based on your concerns. We understand just how tiring it can be living with asthma and trying to get through your normal daily routine. As well, since you mentioned you've recently been diagnosed with COPD, I thought you might want to register on our (free) sister site: COPD.net/register. It's a lot like our asthma.net website, but targets COPD as a condition for our membership.
      Wishing you well.
