I use masks 😷

Ever since CoVid, seeing people wearing masks is not the unusual! I take full advantage of that by wearing them outside also! Now I know that’s unusual, but that’s okay, because it helps me not sneeze, blow my nose and have trouble breathing!

  1. That makes total sense, Wearing a mask outside to prevent yourself from breathing in asthma triggers is very SMART. Other than wearing masks, what other treatments are you using to help with this trigger? Just curious. John. community moderator.

    1. There's nothing wrong with wearing a mask if you need to. I've been wearing masks many years before COVID indoors and outdoors because my asthma and allergies were so bad. There's no shame in needing a mask and it's no one's place to judge you.

      1. I couldn't agree more. I'm glad to hear that you feel confident wearing a mask when you see fit. Wishing you all the best, Lauren (Team member)
