I haven't posted for a while but been doing pretty good. I found out about probiotics helping to stave off thrush from the inhalers.
L.Rhamnosus and l. Reuteri have been used to treat thrush I learned about this and started taking it along with a few others in my probiotics and seem to be doing better as well as my stomach. Through research I came across a product called respb supposed to be really good I guess haven't tried it. (It also has L. Rhamnosus in it.) Going to research and see if I can find it cheaper somewhere else in another probiotic blend perhaps. Anyhow here's the ingredients and information on this product. Thanks for reading!

I included an image of the probiotics I am currently taking.
