Nocturnal asthma

A new development in my Eos asthma journey is the development of nocturnal asthma. I believe it’s a sign of uncontrolled/poorly controlled asthma. The best Tip I have found, where all other suggestions have failed, is to try sleeping with my overhead fan switched OFF. It’s worth a try ? 🤞🤞

  1. That’s really interesting, I wouldn’t have thought about the fan, but it actually makes a lot of sense. Nocturnal asthma is the worst, especially when it messes with your sleep. Sometimes it's those little, random changes that end up making a difference. Fingers crossed it helps. Keep us updated once you try it out! -Kimberli (Team Member)

  2. Thank you for your input. I’d just like to report that I slept well last night, overhead fan OFF. And I had also put A/C on for abt 1 hour before bed, and then switched it off at bedtime. Coincidence or ????🙏

    1. I’m so glad you got a good night’s sleep! Honestly, it might not be a coincidence at all, those little adjustments can have a bigger impact than we expect. Hopefully you keep seeing the same results!! - Kimberli (Member Member)

  3. Thank you 🤞
