My Life With Asthma

I always say that I was born with asthma because there was never a time in my life when I wasn't struggling to breathe. When I was a child, I couldn't run and play like other kids. I was always wheezing. I was always sick with colds, asthma flares, respiratory infections, etc. My mom took me to the doctor a lot! The medication back then helped some but never enough. I was always worried about getting enough breath.
