Changed My Inhaler for a Nebulizer
I have severe persistent asthma and have tried every inhaler in my doctor’s chart. Some have worked better than others. The latest was Breztri and it worked but not always. So after 4 different providers recommended I switch to an nebulizer combination of Budesonide Arformoterol and lately Yuperli I am giving it a try. So far I am coughing less and needing less Albuterol. It does take longer and it is not as portable as the inhaler but if it works I’ll keep doing it. We’ll see what happens when fall comes.

It sounds like you’ve really been through the process of finding what works best for your asthma, and I can imagine it’s not always easy trying different medications and routines. I’m glad to hear you’re already noticing less coughing and less need for Albuterol. I hope this continues to truly bring you some big relief! The drs haven't figured out what else is wrong. They keep running tests trying to find out. The new pulmonologist thinks I have tracheal stenosis. I just hope they can figure out soon. The constant shortness of breath is exhausting. I am on 24/7 oxygen now.
Deethe constant shortness of breath alone sounds so exhausting! I know first hand how tiring and difficult it can be waiting for answers while you continue to have tests ran.
