Asthma "Itch"

I never connected the possibility of my itching being related to my asthma. Here I have been suffering with this itching and complaining but never had an idea that it was related. Actually, my Asthma is related to scents (perfumes, etc.), weeds, mold, and possibly a ton of other things. Now, I have always thought that my "itch" was caused by dry skin and I discover that it might just be from my asthma. Now, I have some idea and will have to ask my doctor about it. I've tried lotions, but have not found anything that totally relieves the itch yet. So, now I guess even changing soaps can help. What are others doing for it?
