Breathless

I take Seretide and Spiriva but still get breathless when climbing stairs or walking uphill. Also when travelling to hot humid countries. Is this normal

  1. It certainly is common to experience shortness of breath when dealing with heat or humidity. But if you are still experiencing breathlessness when you're active, that could be a sign that your asthma isn't well controlled with your current medications/doses. I would talk about this with your doctor and see what they recommend. What do you think? Please keep us posted with what you find out. Good luck! -Melissa, team member
