Put my meds out where I can see them

Since there are no young children in my home I can (and do) leave all my meds on my jewelry box,my pills are in a daily pillbox my Trelegy is up front until I take it at 7:00 AM then I move it back to the other side of my jewelry box. This can work for me because all my children
& grandchildren are young adults no little ones to hide meds from

  1. That sounds like a really thoughtful system, and it clearly works well for your routine. Having your medications visible and tied to a specific time is such a simple but effective way to stay on track. And you’re right, being able to keep everything out in the open makes it much easier when there aren’t young children around. It takes away that extra step of having to store and retrieve things. Thank you for sharing this! It’s a great example of how creating a routine that fits your home and lifestyle can make medication management a bit easier! -Kimberli (Team Member)
