What strategies do you use to remember to take your asthma medications?

I use the Health app on my iPhone to track my medication. and set it at times. Also for my rescue inhaler, I use daily tasks on Google Calendar to remind me to have my albuterol with me when I go anywhere. i use what tech I am used to, and it helps me remember.

I take several meds, for asthma and other conditions. Every Sunday, I fill up a daily pill organizer, and I keep my daily controller inhaler in the same drawer. I take my morning pills and use my daily inhaler when getting washed up in the morning, and do the same before bed at night. Having a routine keeps me on track. . . The ONLY problems are 1) I sometimes forget to check the inhaler’s counter and use it empty, and 2) If traveling or very busy and distracted, I very rarely forget my medications entirely. But neither of these happens often at all. Routine is key.
