Speaking of sleep
I awoke abt 2am gasping for air, I have been in an asthma flare over the past week, so not surprised, I guess. I reached for my ICS and breathing soon settled down. And I had had my ICS before going to bed - weird ?
Have any others experienced similar?
That must have been awful! I'm glad that you had your inhaler nearby! How are you feeling today? -Lauren (team member) I am feeling much better today, thanks. But asthma & times of flares are so Unpredictable & varied, and I put that down to what’s circulating in my environment on any one day - weather, allergens, etc….
