you have been managing this for a long time. I couldn't even imagine how difficult it must have been to spend decades knowing something wasn't right, only to get some of the answers much later. That has to be a lot to process. I am really glad that you continued to advocate for yourself though, and keep searching for answers. How have you been feeling lately? -Kimberli (Team Member) With the air quality here (illinois), it has been very rough. I do 3 duo nebs a day, use my inhaler at least 3 times a day, my dupixent every 2 weeks, and trelegy 2x daily, on a regular basis. Lately, though, I have had to add 2 emergency nebs and 3 emergency inhalers each day. I feel like I am permanently tethered to one breathing apparatus (i am on 5 liters of oxygen when i sleep) or another and my days of leaving home are beyond over. But I will survive. I always do because I am too darn stubborn to give up. Lol
I am sorry the air quality has been making things difficult lately. Being tethered to a breathing apparatus and feeling like your days of leaving home are over, sounds very frustrating and exhausting. I'm really glad to hear that stubbornness is still fighting in your corner!
