Working Toward Good Asthma Control
What work goes into obtaining good asthma control?
My asthma is triggered a lot by a poor environment. Therefore, I need to keep our house clean and have clean bedding to minimize issues. Also, I need to wear a mask when mowing grass, blowing leaves and other chores.

staying on medications

Taking your meds, keeping your dr appts, knowing your triggers (if you just diagnosed wear a facemask), keep a clean home & check the air quality/pollen count
