I'm sorry to hear that you've had to deal with asthma attacks today, especially with the added stress of eventually moving your homestead. It's understandable you feel tired, particularly after such a challenging day; it can be incredibly overwhelming and exhausting. I moved 10 months ago, and I feel as if I am just getting my energy back and feeling settled. It's positive to hear that despite the difficulties, you're maintaining a sense of optimism. It sounds as if you are taking adequate breaks and listening to your body's needs, especially with your asthma triggers in mind. Sending you thoughts of health and wellbeing as you take on this move.
